About Generation Chef
Generation Chef is dedicated to organizing nationwide competitions for aspiring young chefs, providing them with valuable opportunities to showcase their skills and talent. Through Generation Chef, Rotary co-ordinates catering colleges, and industry sponsors to foster growth in the culinary field.
Over 12 weeks, 54 aspiring student chefs will enhance their cooking and service expertise to deliver a premium culinary experience. The 18 students who compete in the inter-college final will test their cooking and hospitality and hone their ability to work together as a team in a professional environment. Generation Chef culminates with a winning team of 3 chefs.
Our unique approach establishes a strong bond between the culinary community and young talents, creating a platform for learning, networking, and professional development. Through our initiatives, we aim to inspire and empower the next generation of culinary leaders.
